I have learnt so much since I joined The Preserver's Kitchen. I'm a wife, mother, small business owner, ex-academic, and passionate gardener (vegetables and herbs, of course!) living on a quarter-acre section in Gisborne, New Zealand. With a background in food engineering, I’ve spent years working with food—teaching, researching, and now sharing my love for food preservation.
Preserving started as a way to provide healthier, additive-free meals for my family, but it became so much more.
